Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive future scenario roadmaps for key industries through 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptors
- Design and lead foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Translate complex future insights into actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or futurism with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects
