Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing sectors
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to stress-test business models against disruptive forces
- Author white papers and executive briefings on 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable product and innovation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or thought leadership
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, scenario modeling)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
