- Analyze emerging tech/social trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to define 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects or thought leadership
