Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation priorities
- Produce predictive intelligence reports with 85%+ accuracy for market evolution forecasts
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future-vision frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful 3-5 year future-state strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing applications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) preferred
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
