Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead workshops with executive teams to align on future-state visions
- Author quarterly foresight reports and predictive market analyses
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policymakers
- Present strategic recommendations at industry summits and investor forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic foresight projects
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend mapping platforms
