Responsibilities

- Develop and present strategic foresight reports and scenarios for executive leadership and board members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product development, marketing, and operational strategies.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking across the organization.
- Build and maintain a network of experts, thought leaders, and industry influencers to stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust as necessary.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Business Administration, Technology, or Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures methodologies.
- Deep understanding of technology trends and their potential societal and economic impacts.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
