- Present future-state recommendations to board members and investors
- Oversee innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment
- Establish partnerships with academic research labs and global think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of disrupting markets through future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers/articles)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, WEF reports)
