Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and their commercial implications
- Produce actionable insights on climate tech, AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term innovation landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with complex datasets
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent professional credentials
