Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-relevant solutions (AI ethics, quantum computing applications, biotech convergence)
- Develop predictive models for societal and technological disruption impacts across key industries
- Present executive-level future-state roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and Fortune 500 clients
- Curate and deploy a proprietary '2026 Tech Radar' tracking emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including white papers, keynote presentations, and industry roundtables
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing new methodologies for strategic foresight integration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state roadmaps implemented with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
