- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and operational pivots
- Author quarterly foresight briefs for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track adoption rates of emerging technologies and societal behavioral shifts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact in tech or sustainability sectors
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, bioengineering, AGI)
- Proven ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or strategic frameworks
