Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through systematic trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to market opportunities
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive forces shaping 2026+ business landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness through pilot programs
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against the 2026 strategic vision
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society or equivalent)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
