- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches and market expansion
- Conduct scenario planning for global tech disruption and regulatory shifts
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future trends into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects with $5M+ budgets
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and lead a dedicated futures research team
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, advanced automation)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
