Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term planning
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through continuous market research
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic drivers of change
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor committees
