Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on future disruption vectors
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-vision initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future innovation landscapes
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
