Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and behavioral patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise transformation and disruption preparedness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive intelligence reports
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic foresight projects
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
