Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics
- Lead workshops on exponential technology trends (quantum AI, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Design future-proof business architectures integrating Web4.0 and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI modeling
- Manage innovation pipeline with stage-gate processes for rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work implications of automation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFIP, foresight training)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Lucidchart)
- Experience with cross-cultural teams in global markets
