Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Analyze emerging trends in AI ethics, climate tech, and human-machine augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits and publish industry thought leadership
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Quantify market opportunities through scenario modeling and competitive analysis
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation mindset across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption frameworks
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Roadmapping
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published future impact studies
