Responsibilities
- Anticipate global technological and societal trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ adoption of quantum-AI hybrids and biotech interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into enterprise strategy
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations on the future of work, ethics, and human augmentation
- Build proprietary scenario-planning frameworks using proprietary ForesightAI™ analytics
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-viable innovations with $10M+ potential
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and cross-impact matrix methodologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi method)
- Experience with board-level stakeholder management in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
