Responsibilities
- Analyze global macroeconomic indicators and technological convergence patterns to forecast 2026 market dynamics
- Develop predictive models for emerging sectors (quantum computing, bio-integration, climate tech)
- Design strategic frameworks for organizations navigating post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation pipelines with future workforce demands
- Produce executive briefings and scenario-planning reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist initiatives
- Maintain the Horizon 2026 Trend Intelligence Database with real-time data streams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts for 2020-2025 with >85% accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency with AI-powered trend mapping tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences and board members
- Certification in Professional Futures Practice (CFP) or equivalent
