- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Author quarterly Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage Horizon's 2026 patent portfolio and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research on technological singularity or climate adaptation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Experience advising governments on tech policy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
