Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating nascent technologies into core business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Create actionable innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investor boards
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research methodology application
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
