Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neuro-interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-state briefings to investors, board members, and government entities
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership publications and industry conferences
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends affecting technological adoption
- Oversee the development of proprietary foresight analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
