Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing advancements
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams to align innovation priorities
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and risk mitigation frameworks for long-term planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate thought leadership
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with demonstrated impact on 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate resilience, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven ability to translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario planning projects
