Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging innovations (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align future technologies with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and impact assessments
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term innovation trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
