Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 using advanced analytical frameworks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Identify and partner with emerging startups and research institutions for innovation scouting
- Design and monitor KPIs for future-readiness and adaptability metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation management
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
