Responsibilities

- Lead quarterly 'Future Vision' workshops with engineering and product teams
- Produce annual Future State reports with strategic recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement innovation KPIs tracking progress toward 2026 milestones
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-strategy initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
