Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-thinking culture and agile decision-making
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies and accelerate innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal drivers
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
