This role combines data-driven analysis with creative foresight to position our company at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, patent filings, and academic research to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic scenarios and playbooks for 3-5 year future states
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify and partner with emerging startups and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and sustainability factors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends
