Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market conditions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize futurist insights with business objectives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 transformations
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and opportunities in the 5-year horizon
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
