Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends with 2026 relevance

- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board committees

- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers influencing industry discourse
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and academic researchers
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive modeling and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)

- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
