- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof initiatives
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast paradigm shifts
- Champion a culture of proactive adaptation through organizational change management
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
