Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging fields (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Author whitepapers on future technology implications and adoption curves
- Collaborate with R&D to validate theoretical concepts through pilot programs
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Published work in technology or innovation journals
