- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Present quarterly future-state assessments to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of successfully predicting tech trends (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and influencing C-level decisions
