- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major media outlets
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Delphi or Horizon Scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of influencing national/international policy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (AFS or equivalent)
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities preferred
