Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Partner with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate futurist insights into development pipelines
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, presentations) to position company as industry pioneer
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Advise leadership on future-proofing strategies and scenario planning for market volatility
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or successful strategic implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
