Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to identify opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for future uncertainties
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into product development pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for board-level decision-making
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., from APF or ISF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Experience working in high-growth tech or innovation-driven environments
