Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Synthesis Reports covering AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Design strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate disruption horizons and future-proof operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams to stress-test business models against future uncertainties
- Create predictive models using quantitative foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Build and manage a global network of domain futurists across emerging technology sectors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Forecasting (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or futurist advisory roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFAP, WFS)
- Published research on sociotechnical transformation or future-of-work scenarios
