Responsibilities
- Research and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration and quantum adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovations
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen prototypes and pilot programs
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in frontier tech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (3+ validated cases)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio of published future-vision documents or patents
