Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on human-AI symbiosis (IEEE/Springer preferred)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with quantum computing architectures
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
