Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum applications and sustainable infrastructure
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic research to inform strategic R&D priorities
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders, translating complex forecasts into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify and integrate emerging startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Establish KPIs for measuring the ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Exceptional data modeling skills with experience in predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or industry speaking)
