Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI) with 5-year strategic implications
- Develop proprietary frameworks for assessing disruptive market forces and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives across 12 global innovation hubs
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive board and investor forums
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-vetted commercialization pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 CTOs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, or trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
