Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, IoT, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFt from APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy transformations
