Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026 landscape

- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-ready capabilities in current roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia-Pacific) for competitive insights
- Champion ethical tech principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or tech ethics topics
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., SAM, STEEP analysis)
- Global mindset with experience across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes
