Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused strategic roadmaps across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into organizational priorities
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference presentations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
