- Develop scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizon risk/opportunity assessment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario methodologies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Demonstrated success translating abstract futures into tangible business outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent recognized credential
