As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify disruptive trends, assess emerging risks, and develop actionable strategies that capitalize on future opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework with 5-10 year predictive models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario analyses for Board and C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
