- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Manage a portfolio of pre-emptive R&D projects targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year horizons
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
