Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop and present future scenario models for board-level decision-making using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for clients spanning 3-5 year horizons with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging societal and workplace transformations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Integrate ESG factors and ethical considerations into long-term strategic frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on 2026+ strategic imperatives
