Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier journals
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis techniques
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of 3+ strategic roadmaps implemented by Fortune 500 clients
