Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic foresight into corporate planning
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technological disruption and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and product innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional development
